syrup on snow is based off of a recipe my grandma would make with my brother and I that involved pouring maple syrup on fresh snow to make a sweet treat in the winter. This version of the recipe uses snow on the road leading into the corn-processing plant, currently owned by BioUrja, in Peoria, IL.
